How It Works
Culture Care uses an industry-leading matching algorithm that analyzes 15+ cultural dimensions to find therapists who understand your unique cultural background and experiences. Unlike traditional platforms that match solely on insurance or availability, we prioritize cultural compatibility.
Our Matching Process:
- 1. Your Cultural Assessment: You complete a comprehensive cultural profile (15-20 minutes)
- 2. Therapist Profiles: Each therapist details their cultural competencies, lived experiences, and specializations
- 3. Algorithm Analysis: Our system scores potential matches across 15+ dimensions using weighted calculations
- 4. Compatibility Score: You receive matches with a compatibility percentage (typically 75-95%)
- 5. Your Choice: You review matches and select your preferred therapist
